Alexa Martin Del Campo is the Knowledge Exchange Coordinator for CSI and began working with the organization in 2023. Alexa has a passion for helping others and her community and accomplishes this through thoughtful and meaningful dialogue.

 

Alexa earned a degree in communication studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During her time at University, she had the opportunity to analyze interpersonal communication through various lenses including studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and working with the U.S. Forest Service as a resource assistant. These opportunities provided her with the ability to develop her intercultural communication skills and introduced her to new perspectives. Prior to CSI, Alexa was an operations manager with Amazon, where she managed a team of 80+ people and sharpened her skills in logistics and process planning.
