INNOVATION LAB TECH EXPERT
Nnenia Campbell is a research associate at the Natural Hazards Center
and Cofounder of the Collaborative for the Social Dimensions of
Disasters. She is a sociologist whose research interests center on the
intersections between social vulnerability and resilience. She also
specializes in program evaluation, focusing most recently on disaster
preparedness planning and capacity-building among food banks.
Campbell’s current work involves translating empirical research into
products designed for practitioners.
