To Be Released the Fall of 2019:

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

A Life Cycle Approach to Reducing Northwest Waste

A Northwest Vision for 2040 Sustainable Materials Management

A life cycle approach to reducing Northwest Waste.

The Northwest has an opportunity to fundamentally shift its view of and approach to managing waste which offers important economic and environmental benefits. CSI is fostering a regionally-shared-vision to embrace sustainable materials management by: convening, interviewing and working with leaders across the Northwest to uncover insights and develop comprehensive and innovative strategies that will be captured in CSI’s new report Sustainable Materials Management: A Life Cycle Approach to Reducing Northwest Waste report.  Once the report is launched, in the Fall of 2019, CSI will continue to spur action by convening  Northwest leaders and encouraging the adoption of the vision and plan.
