    An Interview with Senior Wastewater Treatment Plant Engineer, Alan Johnston Through thoughtful planning and follow-through, the City of Gresham, Oregon was the first city in the Pacific Northwest to operate an Energy Net Zero Waste Water Treatment Plant.
