Terry Carroll
Operations Manager
Terry has worked with CSI since 2015 and has served as Operations Manager since 2017. In this role he has been responsible for managing many aspects of the organization’s day-to-day operations and has played a project management role on both policy and research initiatives as well as Innovation Lab community projects. He played a supporting role in the development of all 3 installments of the 5 Big Goals for 2040 series of reports, the PNW Renewable Hydrogen Action Plan, and many CSI events and webinars.
His background includes a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Washington and a Master of Environmental Studies degree from The Evergreen State College. Other relevant past work experience includes an internship with the WA Dept. of Ecology’s Water Quality section, Assistant General Manager at a locally owned Seattle small business, and Lab Technician at the University of Washington Dept. of Biology.
