Noah is the principal owner and director of MSH Strategy. His team offers strategic communications and policy direction for public, private, and non-profit organizations looking to realize significant change. Noah is directly involved in the fields of economic development, transportation, housing, parks and natural areas, climate change and the environment, public finance, and other emerging issues.

 

Noah has over 25 years of experience on stages big and small. In addition to private consulting, he served as a Foreign Service Officer in the Middle East, Deputy Director at the Portland Bureau of Transportation, and was policy advisor to two Portland mayors and the Metro Regional Government. Noah received a BA from the University of Michigan and Master’s degree in development economics and conflict resolution from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He currently serves as Board President at the Center for Sustainable Infrastructure.
